Weddings often book 1–2 years in advance. If your wedding falls during peak season—especially in the fall—we strongly recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your date.

Most photo sessions should be booked 2–3 months in advance. High-demand sessions, such as Senior Portraits, are best booked even earlier. Newborn sessions should be secured 3–4 months before your due date. Cake smash sessions should be booked when your child is around 9–10 months old. This allows ample time to customize the set and schedule the session at approximately 11 months, ensuring your images are delivered in time for your child’s first birthday.

Your package is selected at the time of booking; however, you may upgrade or change your package prior to your session or event. Any changes will be reflected in your remaining balance. All package changes must be confirmed in writing with the photographer/videographer at least 48 hours before the session or event.

Wedding dates are officially secured once a contract is signed and the retainer is paid. Photo sessions are secured through online booking with a retainer due at the time of booking.

Outdoor photo sessions will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date in the event of inclement weather. Depending on the session type, sessions may also be moved indoors to the studio as an alternative. For weddings, weather-related backup plans will be discussed and finalized as soon as meteorologically possible.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. In the event that the photographer/videographer is unable to complete your booking, the retainer will be refunded in full.
